Description of the project
Title of the project : Local food and exchange between international producers.
We have a very popular food-market with local products (financed by LEADER).
The market is taken place every month in one of the villages in South Twente.
There are about 20 producers with several products (wine, cheese, meat, honey, beer, jam, bread etc.) who are a partner in this market.
We would like to cooperate with other LAGs and food producers in order to:
- Exchange between producers; (in knowledge but also in buying and selling products)
- Create several food-markets with local products.
