COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The ASP - Public Company for Personal Services No. 2 of the Province of Teramo. The ASP aims to manage, organize, and provide social, socio-healthcare, assistance, residential, and semi-residential educational services in the sub-provincial area, with the management and participation of the social policy fund and local plans. Its activities are directed towards disadvantaged individuals with physical, psychological, and relational disabilities who are facing difficulties and are at risk of social exclusion. It also focuses on protecting women and minors against violence, implementing programs to combat poverty, and promoting the social and occupational integration of marginalized individuals. In general, the activities are aimed at removing the conditions of need that hinder the full development of the individual.
FUNDED INTERVENTION

welfare, with particular reference to welfare and socio-health services;
cultural services;
facilities and services for leisure and sports.
The project, therefore, arises from the need to provide a concrete response to the lack of services in the territory, through the redevelopment of six buildings located in the area, with the objective of making them reference points for the rural population, particularly stakeholders, both agricultural and non-agricultural entrepreneurs, associations, and individuals with disabilities and disadvantaged conditions.
II. Project activities:
redevelopment/restructuring of six properties;
allocation of activities in the redeveloped local units;
provision of new/improved services.
III. Achieved results:
Redevelopment of seven properties;
improvement and establishment of basic services in the territory;
involvement of individuals under 40, disabled individuals, and disadvantaged individuals;
involvement of local entities and stakeholders;
new job opportunities created
improvement in quality of life;
increased awareness of opportunities for involvement of the rural population.
