CAP Government following Lisbon. A research meeting promoted by the National Rural Network

What are the consequences for agriculture and rural development after the Treaty of Lisbon has come into force?  How can the decision-making procedure modify as to Community financial statements?
The related answers to all the above-mentioned questions are followed during the meeting held in Rome and promoted by the National Rural Network: "CAP Government following Lisbon".
This meeting was joined in by speakers as Luigi Costato, full professor at the Law Faculty of Ferrara University, Ferdinando Albisinni, professor of Land Law at Tuscia University and Alessandro Sorrentino, full professor of  European Economic Policy at Tuscia University.
Starting from the Single European Act on, the European treaties made the Parliament more powerful as far as law-making procedures are concerned, up to the Treaty of Nice, that, through a co-decision procedure, gave the European Parliament the power to adopt legislation jointly with the Council of the European Union. This meeting focused on co- decision procedures and the consequences on agriculture, rural development and the related issues, particularly referring to the decision-making procedure as to Community financial statements.
