The 4th transnational LINC event

The 4th transnational LINC event will be arranged in Northern Savo, Finland in 11.-13. June 2013. 
LINC wants to promote networking between European Leader areas in an innovative way. LINC reinforces the European Leader spirit based on a strong faith in the power of doing things together. Hosted by a different country each year, the LINC event comprises three parts: a seminar/workshop, a light-hearted sports competition and an excursion/field trips. The overall theme of LINC FINLAND 2013 is wellbeing. We want to promote on different aspects of rural wellbeing, covering physical, social, cultural and spiritual perspectives. The aim of the event is to share information and hear experiences from around rural Europe. What are the challenges, solutions and possibilities we face? What can we do together via Leader?
