The interaction of various institutional levels is important for the public policy success, especially for the Community programs which require a strong partnership between the EU, national, regional and local level.
For this reason the agricultural governance is a part of the National Rural Network activities.
Assessing governance also means to pay attention to local actors (associations, LAG, professional organizations, etc.), to their role and the relationships between them and with the institutional system at all levels.
