Ministerial Conference on forest protection in Europe represents a high level political initiative for forest protection and sustainable management throughout the region.
This kind of committment involves 46 European countries.
The target of the meeting in Florence is the following:
 - a technical discussion on how scientific guidelines on social and cultural values could be focused and spread for the implementation in all the MCPFE countries.
